There’s a great divide in the corporate career ladder.
Early on, many resources are available to new or high-potential employees. And executives are given resources for development, from retreats, training experiences, and executive coaches.
But what about thriving in the great middle?
Many are living in the great between. Young professionals may find themselves well-established in a career path, easing into their first or second management role and balancing life commitments like caregiving, volunteering, or other pursuits.
Coaching is often a resource afforded to those in traditionally executive positions or for high potentials for a short time. Good coaching is expensive, time- and energy-intensive, and skilled coaches are in high demand.
Regular coaching can be a transformative experience for professionals at all levels. It is akin to having a dedicated workout partner or personal trainer committed to your success. Group sessions provide the guidance, accountability, and support necessary to achieve your goals more quickly.
In the Middling Place, we offer bi-weekly coaching sessions to help participants grow their careers while considering their entire life balance. We also provide a space for regular support and relationship growth with others in a similar stage of life.
The Middling Place will be hosted on premier networking site, Mighty Networks, and group coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
While many group programs are cohort based, the Middling Place is a rotating door of accountability and support. That means you can commit based on the season of your life – whether you want to join the group for three months or three years!
Many group coaching programs also separate participants by gender or parental status. Everyone in this career stage can learn from one another. As the group grows, we will explore special interest groups, but at the core, various life experiences lend to a richer conversation.
Jessica Prater, ACC, a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, will lead the coaching portion of the program. While anyone can call themselves a coach, Jessica has undergone an 18-month process to ensure that her coaching is of the highest quality and adheres to internationally recognized ethical standards.
Our coaching services are available at a fraction of the cost of traditional executive coaching packages, making it a cost-effective option for small business owners. Additionally, we are offering a limited-time Founder’s Price of $69/month (discount valid for 12 continuous months). This price will increase to $99/month after August 1st. Don’t miss this opportunity to take your business to the next level with our expert coaching services.
