She is also a certified facilitator for Situational Leadership and a practitioner for the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory. Academic foundation is paired with a strong practical experience, which translates into a firm research base that is made applicable and understandable for a wide range of audiences.

WIth 15 years of Human Resources and People Management experience, Megan has spent her career partnering with organizations and leadership of all sizes, across multiple industries. Megan loves processes and people, and leads her teams with a compassion management approach. When working with her business partners, she focuses on strategically building a strong foundation with compassion and the modern worker in mind followed by implementing strategic initiatives that will position those companies as the best place to work within a competitive market. She’s a student of the Human Resources field, loves trying to be creative, staying up to date on the latest employment trends, cultural initiatives, capitol hill changes and believes that ‘one size fits all’ does not exist in the HR world. While she has spent her career leading all aspects of the employee life cycle, her specialty areas are Employee Relations, Compliance, Compensation and Benefit Administration.
