If you’re like me, the number of emails you've received has been overwhelming. That hotel you stayed at once emailed you their cancellation policies. The airline that has lost your bags TWICE emailed to say they care about their customers. Your social feed is filled with masks and cleaning routines of your favorite local spots.
This is all relevant. And good.
But we didn’t want to add to the noise.
What have we been doing since March? Serving our customers. Leaning in to the discomfort. Trying to answer questions that no one knows the answer to. Figuring out how to work at home with dogs and kids.
You may notice some differences - we have changed our email service. We are still going to only email 3-4 times a month BUT you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.
We’ve also upgraded our invoicing system. It was a change we’ve wanted to make for a while and finally had the time to do it.
But we want you to know (above all) - we’re still here.
